Lenox Restaurant Week Runs Eight Nights, but No Two Restaurants Keep the Same Schedule

Lenox Restaurant Week starts this Sunday, November 1, and runs through Sunday, November 8. Nine restaurants are offering prix fixe dinners during their regular dinner service, and each one sets its own price and its own menu. The Berkshire Edge lists the participants as The Restaurant at Doctor Sax, Ombra, Frankie's Ristorante, Antimony Craft Brewery and Kitchen, Brava, Firefly, Cello, Bea's House and Pizzeria Boema.

Most participants keep their usual closed nights during the week, and those nights don't line up. Only Ombra and Antimony post hours for all eight. Pick the night first and the table second, and you'll have more options than if you work the other way.

Which restaurants are open on which nights

According to the Business West announcement, menu formats will vary from place to place, and the organizers suggest booking early. The Lenox Chamber of Commerce event page has listed menus as coming soon, so the Restaurant Week prices will come from each restaurant directly.

What you can plan around now is each restaurant's posted hours. The table below uses the days each restaurant lists on its own website. None of those pages shows an effective date, so a quick call before you go is worth it.

Night Open, per published hours Closed or not listed
Sun., Nov. 1 Doctor Sax, Ombra, Frankie's, Antimony, Bea's House, Pizzeria Boema Brava, Firefly
Mon., Nov. 2 Ombra, Antimony, Firefly, Bea's House, Pizzeria Boema Brava, Doctor Sax, Frankie's
Tue., Nov. 3 Ombra, Antimony, Brava, Firefly, Frankie's, Bea's House Pizzeria Boema, Doctor Sax
Wed., Nov. 4 Doctor Sax, Ombra, Frankie's, Antimony, Brava, Firefly Bea's House, Pizzeria Boema
Thu., Nov. 5 All eight with published hours None
Fri., Nov. 6 All eight with published hours None
Sat., Nov. 7 All eight with published hours None
Sun., Nov. 8 Doctor Sax, Ombra, Frankie's, Antimony, Bea's House, Pizzeria Boema Brava, Firefly

Cello isn't in the table because its website doesn't list current hours. In a March 2025 profile, iBerkshires reported that Cello served Tuesday through Saturday, 5 to 9 p.m., and recommended reservations on weekends. That schedule is more than a year and a half old, so confirm it before planning around it.

Thursday through Saturday are the only nights when every participant with published hours is open, so those are likely the nights that book up first. On the other five nights, you're choosing from a shorter list.

Monday, November 2 has the fewest options

Monday is the thinnest night of the week. Brava lists itself as closed Sundays and Mondays. Doctor Sax lists Wednesday through Sunday, 3 to 9 p.m. Frankie's lists Tuesday through Sunday with no Monday hours.

That leaves five places open with published hours:

  • Ombra, 27 Housatonic Street, posts "Open Nightly 5 pm to 1 am," and the kitchen cooks until midnight.
  • Antimony Brewing, 55 Pittsfield Road, lists 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
  • Firefly Gastropub, 71 Church Street, lists Monday 5 to 9 p.m. and is closed Sundays.
  • Bea's House, 80 Church Street, lists Sunday through Tuesday 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. on its homepage. Its contact page shows later closing times, so call ahead.
  • Pizzeria Boema, 84 Main Street, lists Mondays 4 to 9 p.m.

Ombra and Antimony matter most at the edges of the week. They're the two participants whose published hours cover all eight nights. Ombra's late kitchen is the only Restaurant Week option that runs past 10 p.m.

One owner covers every night

Three of the nine participants have the same owner. Molly Lyon-Joseph opened Frankie's about two decades ago, then Pizzeria Boema next door, and in late July 2026 she opened Bea's House on Church Street, as The Berkshire Edge reported in August. The paper reported that she now employs more than 100 people across the three restaurants, many of them high school students.

Their posted schedules fit together. Frankie's skips Monday, and Boema and Bea's House are both open that night. Boema is closed Tuesday and Wednesday, and Frankie's is open both nights. Bea's House is closed Wednesday, and Frankie's covers it again.

So at least one of the three kitchens is open every night of Restaurant Week. Two of them, Frankie's at 80 Main and Boema at 84 Main, are next door to each other. If your group can't agree on a night, those three give you the most flexibility.

Booking rules vary more than the menus do

The organizers say to reserve early, but the nine restaurants take bookings in very different ways. A Restaurant Week plan works better when you know how each one handles tables:

  1. Ombra is first come, first served and doesn't take reservations.
  2. Firefly takes reservations by phone, and only for parties of five or more. You can't book online.
  3. Brava books inside tables through Resy. Bar and patio seats are first come, first served. Its hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 5 to 9 p.m., with the bar open until 10.
  4. Cello, 37 Church Street, takes reservations online through Resy. Parties larger than four can't book online, the maximum party size is six, and reservations are encouraged but not required.
  5. Doctor Sax, Frankie's, Bea's House and Pizzeria Boema link to Resy from their websites.
  6. Antimony Brewing's website doesn't state a reservation policy. Call the brewpub at 413-551-7503.

Some older directory listings say Brava and Ombra don't take reservations at all, and that Ombra is closed Sundays. The restaurants' own websites are newer and are the better guide.

Church Street has four participants close together: Cello at 37, Brava at 65, Firefly at 71 and Bea's House at 80. Their policies cover nearly every approach in the list above. On a Thursday, a group of six that can't get into one could walk a short way and try a place that books differently.

Two of the newer participants came back from the past

Several of this year's participants are new versions of older Lenox places. The Berkshire Eagle reported in July 2024 that Bryan and Kelly Binder had reopened the former Candlelight Inn at 35 Walker Street as Doctor Sax House. That same month, Ryan and Kim Boya reopened Cello, which had opened under other management in 2023 and closed the following May, according to iBerkshires. The Boyas told the outlet they noticed a seasonal shift in who came in, and they used a more casual winter menu.

Bea's House has the longest history. It's in the James Stanley House, built in 1853, which was home to Nadine Atalla's Cafe Lucia from 1983 to 2021. "I wanted to create a space that is intentional, grounding, welcoming, and deeply connected to its community," Lyon-Joseph told The Berkshire Edge. In November 2016, The Berkshire Eagle described Lenox restaurants turning their attention to local diners once the summer crowds left. Cafe Lucia was one of them, with a simpler, lower-priced winter menu.

This week is promoted as the first Lenox Restaurant Week, but the Chamber's website still has a page for an earlier one, held June 12 through 17. That edition promised pop-up restaurants, wine dinners, tasting menus and prix fixe offerings, and its listed restaurants included Alta, Wheatleigh and Cafe Lucia. The 2026 version moves to early November, at a time when, according to the organizers quoted by The Berkshire Edge, the goal is to give diners "a compelling reason to explore new places or revisit favorite haunts." At 80 Church Street, that means a prix fixe dinner from Bea's House in the same 1853 house where Cafe Lucia once served its Restaurant Week guests.

Restaurant Week is a good chance to see how Lenox's year-round restaurants run once the summer crowds leave.
