77 Castle St

Public Remarks: In-town village cottage on the very desirable ''Hill'' in Gt.Barrington. This mid-1800's home has been renovated & opened up for a more modern layout. Three bedrooms, two baths & an original back porch off the primary sleeping area overlooks a fenced-in backyard. One enters the house through an enclosed & screened in side porch. The porch is virtually a living & dining room area in the warmer months. The lower level is part of the original structure with access to the backyard area. Originally a usable living space this has potential for an office/playroom/storage area. It is common place on ''The Hill'' to see neighbors walking their dogs, ditching their cars & strolling into town. Furnishing 's are available.
